The development of economic activities, infrastructure and habits of the population in this micro-region face many problems regarding the regular water-supply for drinking and irrigation. They depend on the season and daily water consumption.<\/p>\n<p>This project will provide a solution for water-supply for drinking water, irrigation and provision of technical water for the economy and industry.<\/p>\n<p>Objectives of this project:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Directing the water of Smiljanska River and construction of a pipeline over a length of 28.95 km to the reservoir dam<\/li>\n<li>Mantovo to increase the quantity of water for 7-8 million cubic meters<\/li>\n<li>Irrigation depending on the needs of crops planted in an area of 5200 ha of the municipality of Radovish, Konche and Vasilevo<\/li>\n<li>Providing quality water-supply of drinking water to residents of the municipality and surrounding municipality Radovis<\/li>\n<li>Provision of water for technical needs of the economy in the municipality Radovish<\/li>\n<li>Opportunities for using the capacities of the reservoir dam Mantovo to produce electricity<\/li>\n<li>Enabling conditions for tourism development at the artificial lake Mantovo and the micro-region<\/li>\n<li>Enhancing biological balance between flora and fauna<\/li>\n<li>Improving the living conditions of the population<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Results of the project:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Carried out geodetic measurements of the alignment<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Carried out geological surveys of the route<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Elaborated project<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Performed revision of the main project for Directing the water of Smiljanska River in Mantovo accumulation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Changing climate conditions have a direct impact on the condition of water sources over a long period of the time.
