{"id":9182,"date":"2026-09-18T14:47:29","date_gmt":"2026-09-18T12:47:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/southeast.mk\/2026\/09\/18\/memorandum-of-cooperation-signed-for-a-safer-cross-border-area\/"},"modified":"2026-09-18T14:47:29","modified_gmt":"2026-09-18T12:47:29","slug":"memorandum-of-cooperation-signed-for-a-safer-cross-border-area","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/southeast.mk\/en\/2026\/09\/18\/memorandum-of-cooperation-signed-for-a-safer-cross-border-area\/","title":{"rendered":"Memorandum of Cooperation Signed for a Safer Cross-Border Area"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On <strong><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">26 March 2026<\/span><\/strong>, the Centre for Development of the South-East Planning Region and the <strong><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Red Cross of the Republic of North Macedonia<\/span><\/strong> signed a Memorandum of Cooperation within the <strong><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Heart Safe CBA<\/span><\/strong> project, funded under the <strong><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Interreg VI-A IPA CBC Programme Greece \u2013 North Macedonia 2021\u20132027<\/span><\/strong><b>.<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Memorandum establishes cooperation in the implementation of training sessions for <strong><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">citizens and healthcare professionals<\/span><\/strong> in basic and advanced cardiopulmonary resuscitation, bleeding control, and emergency medical assistance.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As part of the project, more than <strong><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">1,200 participants<\/span><\/strong> will take part in BLS, B-CON, ILS, ALS and Train the Trainers courses, with certification provided by the <strong>European Resuscitation Council (ERC)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The trainings will be delivered by professional trainers and project partners from the <strong><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">Republic of Greece<\/span><\/strong><b>,<\/b> contributing to the exchange of knowledge and experience and further strengthening <strong><span style=\"font-weight: normal;\">cross-border cooperation<\/span><\/strong><b>.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On 26 March 2026, the Centre for Development of the South-East Planning Region and the Red Cross of the Republic of North Macedonia signed a Memorandum of Cooperation within the Heart Safe CBA project, funded under the Interreg VI-A IPA CBC Programme Greece \u2013 North Macedonia 2021\u20132027.
