Within the framework of this project, the following activities are planned:
– Construction of a 1050 m long sports and recreational trim trail and installation of urban equipment such as 15 wooden benches, 15 waste bins and parking at the beginning of the route in the village of Bosilovo, Municipality of Bosilovo;
– Construction of a 324 m long concrete trail for people with disabilities and installation of 15 waste bins, 1 information board, a bicycle parking frame, 1 traffic sign and marking of a parking space for people with disabilities, as well as adaptation of a gazebo, construction of a Macedonian traditional oven, at the Mokrin springs in the village of Mokrino, Municipality of Novo Selo. Reconstruction and paving of existing paths in the length of 330 m, installation of new fencing in places where it is not installed, reconstruction of gazebos, construction of a new wooden platform, as well as replacing old requisites with new ones such as installation of 15 trash cans, 5 wooden signposts, 13 benches, 3 tables and installation of 2 traffic signposts at the Koleshino Waterfalls in the village of Koleshino, Municipality of Novo Selo;
– Marking, alignment and expansion of a bicycle path on the Front Line in the Municipality of Dojran and installation of 20 signposts, 2 gazebos and 57 trash cans along its length, as well as procurement of 20 electric bicycles, installation of 2 smart boards for informing tourists, one charger with two sockets for electric cars and installation of free internet zones in Star Dojran;
– Improvement of the tourist infrastructure by marking a walking and cycling path, as well as installation of urban equipment such as electrical installations and lighting, 30 wooden benches, 30 trash cans and 4 lookouts along the local road in the settlement of Pirava, Municipality of Valandovo;
– Construction of a street in the village of Radichevo, Municipality of Vasilevo with a length of 327 m, which will connect the center of the village with the Church “St. Ilija” and other monasteries and churches in its vicinity;
– Construction of a local road – bypass with a length of 905.66 m, which will connect all road routes with the Plachkovica mountain in the Municipality of Radovish.
In order to support and develop various types of tourism in the region, including rural, lake, cultural, mountain and religious tourism, the project will include the installation of urban equipment and infrastructure activities in six municipalities in the South-East region: Bosilovo, Valandovo, Vasilevo, Dojran, Novo Selo and Radovish
– Increased number of foreign tourists and popularization of Dojran as a digital tourist destination;
– Increased number of visitors with an emphasis on people with special needs and developed recreational tourism;
– Increased offer of arranged places in the South-East region where citizens can spend their free time;
– Increased economic growth.
