This project envisages the reconstruction or extension of the facilities of three Cultural Centers in three municipalities in the South-East Planning Region, namely in the village of Moin – Municipality of Gevgelija, the village of Lubnica – Municipality of Konche and in Radovish, Municipality of Radovish.
The Center of Culture in the village of Moin, Municipality of Gevgelija has an area of 183.85 m2 and the space will be renovated and adapted in order to be in function of the residents of the village of Moin, as well as the children of the school POOU “Strasho Pindzur” which is located opposite the Center. The reconstruction of the Center of Culture in the village of Moin envisages the replacement of the floor, reconstruction of the facade, replacement of carpentry, installation of a new roof structure, replacement of electrical installations, sanitary facilities and a ramp for people with disabilities.
In the Center of Culture in the village of Lubnica, Municipality of Konche is planning to reconstruct the existing facility by carrying out construction works, electrical installation works and water supply and sewage. It is also planned to clear the area around the Center, its landscaping and improvement by planting evergreen plants, deciduous shrubs, installing waste bins and wooden benches.
In the Center of Culture “Aco Karamanov” in Radovish, Municipality of Radfovish, it is planned to build an auxiliary facility – a canopy to enclose the building of the Center of Culture. The facility will have a service function and will be of great benefit to actors and participants in various performances, cultural and artistic events, festivals and more because it will provide access in the form of a ramp from the yard to the stage of the Center’s hall. The ramp will be covered with a canopy made of steel construction and a thermal panel as a roof covering. Additionally, it is planned to open a double door in the existing load-bearing wall of the House of Culture building, which will lead directly from the actors’ recording studio to the stage of the hall.
The main goal of the project is to improve the quality of life in rural and urban areas through the promotion of culture in the region.
