Digitalization in primary education using smart boards in the South-East Planning Region

Short description of the project

The project focuses on improving the educational process in primary schools in rural municipalities of the Southeast Planning Region through the introduction of modern digital technologies. The goal is to modernize the teaching process, create an interactive and more dynamic educational environment and increase student engagement.

Teaching in rural schools is often conducted using traditional methods, which limits the use of innovative approaches and digital content. The installation of interactive smart boards enables visual, multimedia and interactive learning, with students actively participating in the teaching process, and teachers receive a modern tool for better organization and presentation of materials.

The project envisages the installation of a total of 23 interactive boards in four primary schools in rural municipalities of the region:

  • Municipality of Vasilevo – 7 boards in Primary School “Goce Delchev” – village of Vasilevo
  • Municipality of Bogdanci – 4 boards in Primary School “Kiril i Metodij” – village of Stojakovo
  • Bosilovo Municipality – 7 boards in the Primary School “Kiril i Metodij” – village Ilovica, Primary School “Goce Delchev” – village Bosilovo and Primary School “Boris Trajkovski” – village Monospitovo
  • Novo Selo Municipality – 5 boards in the Primary School “Manush Turnovski” – village Novo Selo

This initiative creates conditions for modern, inclusive and student-oriented education in accordance with European standards for digitalization in teaching.
