In order to improve life in the present region participants of the forum actively participated in determining the problems affecting the South-East region, discussed and generated solutions to overcome them.
The areas of Environmental Protection and Economy and Investments, Labor Market and Tourism were chosen as the most priority areas in which to intervene by the participants of this forum process.
In the following period, on the basis of the identified problems and challenges from the first forum session, conceptual solutions or proposals will be developed that will further be presented to the Council for Development of the South-East Planning Region as well as to the present participants of the second forum session.
The forum sessions are financially supported by the Ministry of Local Self-Government and the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation through the project “Sustainable and Inclusive Balanced Regional Development – Phase 2”.
