Short description of the project

The project aims to build the capacity of young people from the cross-border area in entrepreneurship, business development and management and to present the potential for starting a new business through training, educational programs and capacity building initiatives as a path to successful business. Creating a network for cooperation between young people from the cross-border region in the field of entrepreneurship and business development. Developing a network to provide a space for exchanging opinions, discussing common problems, seeking partners for the implementation of joint projects.

Results

The main objectives of the start-up network and the Start-up Academy and Network are to build the competences of young people from the cross-border region for cooperation in entrepreneurship through a series of events, open discussions, trainings with information and educational materials, posted on an online platform. Development of virtual instruments – Virtual company for acquiring practical skills in management, marketing, customer relations and other relevant issues. A virtual company with simulation will create an opportunity for training young people on how to develop and manage a business in a simulated real environment.
