Short description of the project

The project aims to improve the capacities and competitiveness of the staff of SMEs for the introduction of non-technological innovations and establish a cross-border network for the exchange of experiences, ideas and success stories of innovations between stakeholders. The project will facilitate access to new and innovative practices and processes to improve the growth potential of the business.

It will enable the development of tools / products for the promotion of innovations (virtual learning academy tailored to the specific needs of SMEs, on-line solution of e-Fair) which will improve the capacities of employees in SMEs for the introduction of non-technological innovations. Innovation Forum, International Conference and building a cross-border network that will facilitate the exchange of experiences, ideas and success stories of innovation. The project is intended to improve the capacities of SMEs for the introduction of non-technological innovations in the cross-border area.
