During the past thirty years of transition, crisis upon crisis, despite the enormous efforts made by state institutions and the NGOs, the inclusion of people at social risk still remains absent in the labor market. We draw our motivation from this situation, convinced that by implementing and realizing of the goals of this project we can become a driving force, trend and response to address the negative impacts of the recurring crisis due to enormous social differences, and offer a broader human vision of inclusive strategy for sustainable development of people
with disabilities and other socially excluded and stigmatized groups.

During the past thirty years of transition, crisis upon crisis, despite the enormous efforts made by state institutions and the NGOs, the inclusion of people at social risk still remains absent in the labor market. The Centre for development of the South-East planning region in collaboration with the Association IZBOR, within the implementation of this project will provide improvement of the existing opportunities in the region for better inclusion of the marginalized persons in the labor market.
