Good road infrastructure is the basis for connection, communication and economic development between settlements and between municipalities in the region. That is why the municipalities of the South-East are constantly striving to modernize the road infrastructure, which is a significant factor for balanced development. Through the construction of this road direction, in addition to the connection with the village of Pogulevo, the village of Damjan will also be connected with the village of Dedino, municipality of Konche, because an asphalted road has already been built between Dedino and Pogulevo, and through the village of Gorni Lipović – the village of Rich, it will also be connected with the municipality of Vasilevo and the municipality of Strumica. The realization of this project will directly affect the improvement of the quality of life of the citizens of the three municipalities of Radovish, Konche and Vasilevo, as well as for all citizens traveling to any settlement in the region. In addition, a larger number of the able-bodied population from the municipality of Radovish is engaged in agriculture. To reach their plots, farmers cross this local road with difficulty at least twice a day. Objectives of the project:

-Improvement of local infrastructure in the South-East planning region.
-Construction of a part of a local road with a length of 1927.81 meters which will improve the connection of the municipalities of Radovish, Konche and Vasilevo
Results of the project:

-Construction of the local road direction in length of 1927.81 meters
-Increase in average annual daily traffic on the section Damjan – village. 
-Increased number of farmers who will use the road for better access.
The project is financed by the Bureau for Regional Development and Municipality of Radovish, and implemented by the Centre for Development of the South-East Planning Region.
