The need for traffic and technical solution that will specify the reconstruction and revitalization of the local road P604 from junction Strumica-Dojran to junction P611 road Valandovo-Gevgelija through settlement Crnichani with total length of 800 m section (Project 1), reconstruction on local road v.Zubovo – junction with road v.Novo Selo and v. Mokrievo, last phase III from KM 1 + 340 to KM 2 + 247 (Project 2) and revitalization of road Bogorodica – v. Stojakovo – crossroad with regional road Gevgelija-Bogdanci Phase I (Project 3) is of great importance for the citizens of these populated places and for the development of a region.
The mentioned local roads are in very poor condition. The terrain is almost horizontal and along the entire route there are more watercourses for surface water drainage and difficult traffic. Implementation of these projects and the reconstruction of such road infrastructures on part of the local roads will enable the connection of the populated places with asphalt roads, bypass will be avoided in order to get from one place to another and will help the citizens to have a higher and better standard of living, which in essence means a constant improvement of living conditions.
Three Local Road Infrastructure Improvement Projects will be implemented under the Rural Development Financial Support Program for 2018 by the Agency for Financial
Support of Agriculture and Rural Development under Measure 321 Development of Public Infrastructure in Rural Areas, Sub-measure 321.1 Local Investments road infrastructure to connect between two or more populated places in rural areas.
The upgrading of these local roads and roads will improve the communication between the populated places as well as the surrounding in the region thus improving the road infrastructure in the South-East Planning Region.
Objectives of the project:
- Construction of local road, P604 from junction Strumica-Dojran to junction P611 road Valandovo-Gevgelija through settlement Crnichani with total length of 800 m;
- Construction of a local road v. Zubovo – junction with the v. Novo Selo – v. Mokrievo, last phase III from km 1 + 340 to km 2 + 247;
- Construction of local road, revitalization of road Bogorodica-Stojakovo – crossroad with regional road Gevgelija-Bogdanci, phase 1;
- Improving the local road infrastructure in the South-East Planning Region;
- Improving the living conditions of the citizens of the populated places;
- Providing easier communication by connecting the populated places.
