Improving the Energy Efficiency of Public Buildings in the South-Еast Planning Region

In the South-Еast region, there are public buildings used by a large number of citizens, which are in a ruined and very poor condition with outdated infrastructure that is additionally negatively affected by climate factors and external influences, which leads to increased electricity consumption for their heating in order to create favorable conditions for work and carrying out everyday activities.
