Unemployment has been and continues to be one of the main problems in the development of the Republic of Macedonia.Employment in the Republic of Macedonia is characterised by a very unfavorable gender structure. This structure remained unchanged for a long period, primarily because of unstable economic conditions in the country`s social and discrepant of a available and necessary profiles of the labor market. This projectcreates the opportunity for financing new business plans that will allow the opening of new businesses and new jobs.
Objectives of this project
- Selecting of new businesses to support with financial resources for the initiation and registration of business activity
- Creating new jobs for unemployed young and women
- Promoting self-employment among young and woman
Results of the project
- Established and registered in the Central register three new businesses in:
- South-East planning region: production and sale of the traditional and homemade sweet and alcoholic liqueur
that will be prepared by the traditional recipe of this region - East planning region: handmade wool carpets
- South-West planning region: production of bread, white pastry, cakes and sweets in traditional recipes
- Registered 6 new jobs in the Agency employment and during the year under the necessary of total production
processes are engaged and will be hired about 12 seasonal workers. - Survived and expanded new businesses by increasing the turn over and new employment
