Take action – protect the environment!

In this project, the activities are aimed at protecting and improving the environment by improving the communal infrastructure and systems for receiving stormwater and wastewater in the municipalities of Vasilevo, Konche and Strumica.

The activities envisaged through this project include the reconstruction and servicing of equipment for a filter station in the village of Vasilevo, Municipality of Vasilevo in order to improve the quality of drinking water for the residents of this settlement, the construction of a municipal wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 250 E. in the village of Rakitec, Municipality of Konche, and the improvement of a part of the stream “Krushevska Republika”, Municipality of Strumica, which passes through the central part of the City of Strumica for a length of 1450 m and outside the urban part of the city for a length of 1550 m.

The main objective of the project is to protect the environment and improve the quality of life of residents in the South-East Planning Region, by improving the communal infrastructure and reducing the impact and pollution from stormwater and wastewater.
