IV Session of the Council for Social Protection of the SEPR was held

At the scheduled session of the Council for Social Protection of the South-East Planning Region, which was held on December 24, 2024 at the premises of the Centre, a new president, Mr. Zlatko Ristov, Mayor of the Municipality of Konce, was elected for a one-year term.

In his address, the newly elected president, Mr. Ristov, sincerely thanked the members of the Council for the trust they had shown him, noting that he accepted the position with a sense of great responsibility and dedication. He emphasized his commitment to improving social protection and strengthening cohesion between municipalities in the region.

He also announced activities aimed at strengthening cooperation with local authorities, the non-governmental sector and international organizations, with the aim of implementing projects that will enable efficient handling of social challenges.

The members of the Council present welcomed his initiative and expressed their readiness to work together towards achieving the set goals.

XXX session of the Council for development of the SEPR was held

On 24.12.2024, the 30th Session of the Council for development of the South-East Planning Region was held at the premises of the Centre for Development of the South-East Planning Region.

At this session, the Financial Plan and the Action Plan of the Centre for 2025 were adopted. Decisions were also made on the handover of facilities to the municipalities of Strumica, Konce, Novo Selo and Dojran.

The XXIX Session of the Council for the Development of SEPR was held

On October 31, 2024, the XXIX Session of the Council for Development of the JIPR was held.

At this session, Decisions were made on consent for the application and implementation of a total of four proposed projects through the Interreg IPA Program for cross-border cooperation between Greece – the Republic of North Macedonia 2021-2027.

Decisions on the handover of three facilities were also made, which were implemented by CDSEPR, and financed by the Program of the Regional Development Bureau for 2023 with indicative funds for 2024. With these projects, regional primary school “Kiril and Metodij” in the village of Sekirnik – Bosilovo was reconstructed, a 280 km long road was built and equipment for a filter station was purchased, both in municipality Vasilevo.

In accordance with the obligations of the Center, positive opinions were also given for the signed Collective Agreement and for amending and supplementing the Salary Regulations.

A new president of the Council for Development of the SEPR, Mr. Gjorge Bozinov, mayor of the municipality of Novo Selo, was also elected.

The XXVIII Session of the Council for the Development of JIPR was held

XXVIII Session of the Council for the Development of SEPR was held on August 7, 2024. It was held online on the ZOOM platform.

With the required majority, a Consent Decision was passed for the application and implementation of a project proposal through a call Competitive Fund for Community-Based Fire Management Projects supported by the Swiss Embassy in the Republic of S.Macedonia.

The XXVII session of the Council for Development of the SEPR was held

On 01.07.2024, the president of the Council for development to the SEPR called an emergency meeting at which the ten municipalities from the South-East Planning Region in order to make a coordination for taking measures to protect and deal with fires in the South-East Planning Region. At this session, a conclusion was made by all mayors who send the requested for meeting in the shortest possible time with the Minister of Environment, as well as other relevant state institutions, in order to solve the problem with the landfill in the village of Dobrashinci.

Also at the session, a decision was made to consent to the application and implementation of a project through a call for submission of project proposals for the Preparation of technical documentation for infrastructure projects through the Technical Documentation Fund.

XXVI session of the Development Council of SEPR was held

On May 14, 2024, the XXVI session was held online on the ZOOM platform.

А decision was made for the delivery of a photovoltaic system installed at the sports hall and the school “Krste Petkov Misirkov” in Radovish, for which funds were provided through the Grant scheme. Аlso the mayors brought а decision to conclude an annex to the Employment Agreement for a fixed period of time.

XXV session of the Council for Development of the South-East planning region

On 27.03.2024 (Wednesday), the 25th session of the Council for Development of SEPR was held in the premises of the Centre for development of the South-East planning region.

At this session, the following decisions were adopted: Decision for the adoption of the Annual Report on the implementation of the Development Program of the South-Easte Planning Region for 2023, Decision for adoption of the Annual Final Accounts of the Centre for development of the South-Easte Planning Region for 2023 and Decision for adoption of the Report from an executive census of the Centre for the Development of the South-East Planning Region for 2023.

At the session, the Director, together with the employees, presented the Annual Report and the Final Accounts for 2023, so that the present members of the Council had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with all the implemented projects in 2023, as well as the income and expenses and other financial items that were detailed .

The XXIV session of the Council for the Development of SEPR was held

On 06.03.2024 (Wednesday), the XXIV session of the Council for the Development of SEPR was held. The session was held online on the ZOOM platform starting at 3:00 p.m.

At this session, were made decisions on handing over two reconstructed houses of culture in the village of Moin, municipality of Gevgelija and village of Lubnica, municipality of Konche, which were reconstructed in the frame of the project “Cultural wealth – heritage for future generations”. Two trails were also handed over: a recreational trail from the village of Pirava to the monastery of St. George, in the municipality of Valandovo, built within the framework of the project “Tourism – the future of the region!” and a tourist trail from the Monastery of St. Gjorgji to Isar Kula, municipality of Valandovo, in the frame of the project “Enrichment of the tourist offer of the South-Easte planning region”.

Also Decision on mutual activity of the municipalities for mosquito disinsection in the territory of the South-East region for 2024 was also adopted.

The XXIII (twenty-third) session of the Council for the Development of JIPR was held

The XXIII (twenty-third) session of the Council for the Development of the South-East Planning Region was held in the premises of CRJIPR on 25.12.2023 (Monday).

At the meeting, the financial plan of CDSEPR for 2024 was approved, and the Action Plan for current and future projects was also presented. Also, two consents for employment for an indefinite and a fixed time for two working positions were adopted in accordance with the systematization of the Centre, and a Decision on the salary point for 2024 was also adopted.

Also, on the same day, the third Session of the Council for Social Protection was held, at which a new president was elected with a mandate of one year. Mr. Risto Manchev, mayor of Bosilovo, was elected for the president.

The XXII (twenty-second) session of the Council for the Development of JIPR was held

The XXII (twenty-second) session of the Council for the Development of the South-East Planning Region was held on 07.12.2023 (Thursday), in the premises of CDSEPR, starting at 15:00.

At this session, the expert presented the cost benefit analysis for the application of projects through the Program for Balanced Regional Development for 2024 with indicative planned funds for 2025 at MLS/BRR and a list of project proposals was compiled by the Council.

The list was made up of the following projects:

1. Creation of a modern road network in the South-East planning region;

2. Strengthening tourism: vision for a better region;

3. Modern space for cultural development

4. Modernization of the Region – purchase of two specialized vehicles
