The impact of this project is of great importance for regional development because the construction of the road infrastructure will be the basis on which a number of factors of regional importance for the South-East Planning Region will be developed. With the development of a quality road network, in addition to improving the quality of transport from one settlement to another, it also means facilitating the exchange of goods, and thus the communication of the local population itself.

With this project, the common interests of the population from the municipalities of Gevgelija and
Bogdanci will be realized, the communication of the citizens between the villages Bogorodica and Stojakovo will be improved, costs for transport will be reduced and the agricultural products will be improved. Easier access to wholesale markets in the region and the Republic of North Macedonia will also be provided, but also easier export abroad. The revitalization of the road Bogorodica – Stojakovo leads to improvement of the road infrastructure in
the municipalities of Gevgelija and Bogdanci and improvement of the living conditions of the citizens in this part of the region, which enables greater economic development of the municipalities and the entire South-East region.

crossroads with regional road Gevgelija – Bogdanci ;
– Development of road infrastructure in the South-East planning region;

All ten municipalities in the South-East region have some form of organized service for solid waste management. Important to note is that services for waste management of municipal utilities are concentrated in municipal solid waste
The need for traffic and technical solution that will specify the reconstruction and revitalization of the local road P604 from junction Strumica-Dojran to junction P611 road Valandovo-Gevgelija through settlement Crnichani with total length of 800 m section (Project 1), reconstruction on local road v.Zubovo – junction with road v.Novo Selo and v. Mokrievo, last phase III from KM 1 + 340 to KM 2 + 247 (Project 2) and revitalization of road Bogorodica – v. Stojakovo – crossroad with regional road Gevgelija-Bogdanci Phase I (Project 3) is of great importance for the citizens of these populated places and for the development of a region.
The series of destructive natural disasters in 2017 have led to severe human, environmental and economic losses in Europe. The region is significantly vulnerable towards climate change while it is very weakly prepared to respond to natural hazards and disasters adequately. Floods have a serious impact on the economic, social and local situation in the region.
Our idea is to create a place where all target groups from the South-East Planning Region will have easier access to services and increased activity and participation in various activities that are implemented by the Regional Business Center within the Centre for Development of the South-East Planning Region.
Agriculture is one of the dominant sectors of the local economy and plays an important role in generating household income within the South-East planning region. Since the South-East region is characterized by a variable climate is it obvious that the agricultural sector is the most vulnerable of climate changes.
The tourist path is located near the town of Valandovo on Plavush Mountain. This place is mostly visited from the locals, and very often from small groups and individual travelers from neighboring regions and states.
Dojran is famous for its beautiful landscape with small arranged beaches rich with unique medicinal mud which is known beyond the borders of the country. However, part of the beaches due to natural disasters and other impacts are neglected, overgrown with cane and they can not be used. Therefore, it is necessary to undertake measures to clear and regulate them in order to exploit the full potential offered by Dojran Lake.
Modern road and utility infrastructure is a basic prerequisite for stimulating development in the planning regions. The South-East planning region largely lacks systematic regulation of wastewater. The aim of the project is to build a sewage system for fecal wastewater in Star Dojran for “Veljko Vlahovikj” street with a length of 575.92 meters and part of “Nikola Karev” street with a length of 341.01 meters.
